Bridgeview Harbour Marina offers a text messaging program to keep customers informed about their vessels, reservations, and accounts. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
How you opt in
You are enrolled only if you affirmatively agree to receive text messages: by checking the optional "Text me about this request" box on our online service request form, by checking the SMS consent box on a service, storage, or dockage contract, by texting our number, or by asking a member of our staff to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. When you opt in, you will receive one confirmation text.
What we send
Messages relate to your own account and vessel and may include:
- Confirmations and reminders for scheduled haul-out, launch, winterization, and service appointments
- Notice that service work has begun or been completed
- Notice that your vessel is ready for pickup or has been moved within the yard
- Slip, mooring, and campsite reservation confirmations and reminders
- Invoice and payment reminders
- Direct replies to questions you send us by text
- Operational notices such as fuel dock hours, weather closures, or changes to facility access
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity on your account.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Bridgeview Harbour Marina does not charge for text messages; charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or contact us. Opting out does not affect your contract or the services we provide; we will continue to reach you by phone or email.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier network conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
