About Bridgeview Harbour Marina
Bridgeview Harbour Marina's 33 acre property on southern Lake Champlain is built to serve boaters, campers, and day visitors.
Our marina facilities include seasonal and transient boat slips, mooring balls, a fuel dock with gas and diesel, and pump-out service dockside. a Private deep water boat launch, two mobile cranes, a travel lift, and hydraulic trailer.
Ashore, guests enjoy waterfront tent and RV-friendly campsites, the Dockside Café, a commnuity event space and beach, a ship's store stocked with marine supplies and accessories, restrooms, and ample parking.
Our docks are designed to accommodate power vessels up to 50 feet in length, with linear tie area avalible for commercial and recreational vessels up to 350 feet.
Our friendly marina staff are on-site to assist with arrivals, departures, and vessel needs throughout the season.
Haul and Launch
Bridgeview Harbour Marina offers one of the deepest private boat launches on Lake Champlain, accessible down to 93 feet above the 1929 Datum, reliable even during periods of extreme low water (such as fall 2025) when other launches become unusable.
Our haul-out capabilities include a 12-ton Marine Travel Lift and a 15,000 lb hydraulic trailer, handling a wide range of vessel sizes for seasonal storage, bottom work, and repairs. A 35-metric-ton Travel Lift is slated to join our fleet in 2027, significantly expanding our haul capacity for larger vessels.
Marine Work
Bridgeview Harbour Marina maintains an on-site equipment fleet to support vessel handling, yard operations, and on-water assistance.
Our crane fleet includes a 22-ton and a 12-ton mobile crane, capable of handling lifts well beyond what most recreational only marinas can offer.
Yard operations are supported by a full-size tractor and loader, keeping our property and haul-out yard running efficiently through the season.
On the water, our 30-foot diesel push boat handles maneuvering, assist, and dock work, while our 5-person high-speed vessel serves as both a towing and crew boat - ready to respond quickly when our customers need it on the lake.
Storage
Bridgeview Harbour Marina offers serious storage capacity across our 33-acre waterfront property.
More than 13,000 square feet of indoor storage provides secure, covered protection for vessels and equipment year-round.
Outside, our 95,000 square foot staging and loading area supports commercial marine operations, large vessel storage, and heavy equipment staging with room to work efficiently at scale.
Whether you need winter storage for your boat or are coordinating a commercial operation requiring significant land-side logistics, Bridgeview Harbour has the infrastructure to handle it.
